稻壳灰的预处理也会对稻壳灰的性质起到特定的影响。C.Real等0研究发现经过HCl水溶液酸处理后的稻壳在600℃下燃烧生成的稻壳灰有着很高的纯度,最高能达到99.5%。稻壳中的金属元素杂质严重影响无定形SO2的生产,而HCl的酸化处理能够去除金属元素杂质,起到优化的作用。日本学者Q.Feng1对经HC酸化后的稻壳灰和未进行HCl酸化的稻壳灰分别进行低温燃烧处理,研究结果表明经过HCl酸化后的稻壳灰的火山灰活性更高、更稳定,同时酸化处理可以降低燃烧时间对稻壳灰火山灰活性的影响。【具体可参考《稻壳灰VS草木灰成分性能大揭秘》的相关内容】
